Jerry Tsehayou
Eyerusalem (Jerry) is the Sales and Administration Manager of An African Canvas (Ethiopia). Brought up in Addis, Jerry is a true ambassador for her country, and through her work in the travel sector, she’s explored the incredible destinations that Ethiopia has on offer.
She completed a degree in Engineering before working in tourism, initially as an Operations Supervisor, before progressing to a role as Project Manager. She has most recently been working closely with clients and overseeing operations as a Customer Service Manager in the Aviation sector.
Jerry has an incredibly strong work ethic and brings stability and efficiency to our Addis team.
Sefiw Hailemariam
Sefiw (Professional Guide) was born and brought up in historic Lalibela, so it comes as no surprise that Sefiw gravitated towards showcasing the best of what his country has to offer.
Qualified with a BA in Economics and a Masters in Tourism and Development, Sefiw has an extensive knowledge of Ethiopia’s social, political, cultural and economic history from ancient times to the present day. He is also an ardent and committed naturalist and has worked with film crews, photographers and journalists on journeys around Ethiopia.
